Hi, Melissa6771. You can update the phone number associated with your Intuit account as long as you have access to your email account or can verify your identity using accepted documents.
After entering your email or user ID on the login page, click Forgot password? and then select See more options. This will show the available ways to receive your verification code.
If you choose Email a code, enter the code in the verification code field and follow the prompts to update your phone number.
If you select Verify identity a different way (takes longer), you’ll need to provide the following details:
After clicking Continue, you’ll then be asked to upload accepted forms of identification, such as a driver’s license, state ID, passport, or a notarized document. For more guidance, please refer to the article: Recover your Intuit Account if you can’t sign in.
Once your identity is verified, you can update your personal information in the Sign in & Security section of your Intuit account. Then, you can continue adding the debit card for your instant withdrawal.
We'll be right here if you need anything else. We're here to help.
