Hello, @drj1.


I'm sorry to see you go, however, I want to make sure you'll be able to cancel your merchant/payments account as simple as possible.


Mobile Payments users may be able to cancel the account in the Merchant Service Center.


  1. Simply choose Account.
  2. Select Account Profile.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and go to the Account Cancellation section.

If you don't see this section, you can follow these steps:


  • Call our Merchant Support Team if you've processed transactions in the past 90 days. Verification from the principal owner of the account is necessary.


  • However, if you haven't processed transactions in the past 90 days, you can: 
    1. Submit your cancellation request in writing. The following information is necessary to allow us to process your request:
      • Business name
      • Account number
      • Reason for closing
      • Signature of the individual who opened the account
    2. Send your cancellation request to:
      • Fax: 866 390-0010
      • Mail: Intuit Payment Solution
      • Attn: Customer Retention
        21215 Burbank Blvd.
        Woodland Hills, CA  91367

A cancellation will now then be processed and will send you a confirmation letter via email within 10 business days.
