Welcome to the Community, apexmanager.

You can cancel a QuickBooks Payments subscription anytime you'd like.

I'll guide you through how it's done:

  1. Sign in to your Merchant Service Center portal as an admin user.
  2. In the blue navigation bar, move your cursor over Account to display a drop-down, then choose Account Profile.
  3. Click Close Account.
  4. You'll see a Reason for closing menu. Pick a reason and enter any comments you'd like to share..
  5. Select Submit.

Once your request is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email from Intuit within one business day. After cancellation, you can access the Merchant Service Center to view or download reports, statements, and tax forms for up to 12 months.

Here's a helpful article that contains more information about cancelling merchant accounts: Cancel QuickBooks Payments

Please don't hesitate to reach out if there's any additional questions. That's what I'm here for. Have a great day!
