Setting up bank connection in the program needs your bank’s website login credentials. Since your new Apple Card doesn’t have a website, there isn’t currently a way to connect the card to QuickBooks.

As an alternative, you can import your transactions using a .CSV (comma-separated values) file. Let me guide you through the steps.

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the upper right.
  2. Select Imports.
  3. Click the import transactions link at the middle of the screen (see the screenshot below).
  4. Browse the .CSV file on your computer.
  5. Click Import.

I’m adding this resource hub to help you easily manage your bank transactions and on how to import them: https://community.intuit.com/browse/quickbooks-self-employed-banking-and-transactions.

I’ll be right here to help if you need further assistance. Have a great day.

Hello,

Since QuickBooks connects via a web-portal for banks using usernames and password, if there is no website to log into for Apple where you can view your transactions, then QuickBooks will not connect and pull Apple Card charges at this time.
