How do I contact QBSE to update my account re: not being PCI compliant? I do not accept card payments.
You basically just have to ignore the emails that they, and Security Metrics send to you. There is NO other way to inform them. I mean, you can reach out to "Support", but it won't do any good. No one cares. They just hope that you'll give in and pay the money to Security Metrics.
Go to (?) Help. This opens the QuickBooks Assistant window. Note: If you’re using the QuickBooks Self-Employed app, tap the + button and select Ask QB Assistant.
