I'm here to help provide some information about receiving payments from a customer via check in online payment.
ACH transactions usually reach the deposit bank account longer than credit card transactions. The waiting period can vary for multiple reasons, such as the time of day that the transaction was entered, and which financial institution that has been chosen to have the transactions deposited into.
It's possible that you'll receive the payment within 3-5 days. To check the status, you'll need to contact our phone support. They can access your account in a secure environment and have the tools to confirm if the payment is already submitted to the bank for settlement.
