The estimated time of arrival depends on your deposit speed and if it's your first time processing payments in QuickBooks, @aallums2004. Allow me to provide more details.
When it's your first time processing payments, deposits will take up to 5 business days. These initial deposits/batches may take longer while we set up your account. Once everything is set up, customer payments will be deposited even faster into your bank account.
You can also review your email to view the detailed information about the payments you will receive. To check the current deposit speed for your product, you can see them inside QBO:
- Sign in to your QBO account.
- Go to the Settings icon and select Account and Settings.
- Click on the Payments tab.
- Review the Deposit Speed section.
