Thanks for visiting the Community, @founderwelcome. You can only connect a Canadian or any international credit card account in QuickBooks for as long as they're listed.
First off, you'll have to turn on the multicurrency in the Advanced settings. Then, let's go to your Banking page to check if your bank is on the list.
Once done, go to your Banking page and search your bank. If you can't find your bank's name, or if your bank doesn’t appear in the list, request support for your bank. Follow the steps outlined in this help article: Find your bank account when you connect to online banking.
Another workaround is to manually add your transactions in QuickBooks. Read through this help article for your future reference: Import bank transactions from Excel CSV file to QuickBooks Online.
