You can start your QBO from scratch or look for a third-party app that can create the macros, DWard.

Here's how to delete an invoice:
- Click Sales on the left panel, and then select Invoices.
- Click the invoice that you want to delete.
- Click More at the bottom, and then Delete.
- Click Yes when prompted.
I've also seen the discussion you're referring to. I'd suggest visiting our App Center to find an application that can help you create the macros so you can delete those invoices.
If you want to start from scratch, you have the option to purge your company file. This option is available in QBO Essentials and Plus with an active account for less than 60 days. If it goes beyond that period, you'll want to cancel your account and start a new subscription.
