Thank you for your response. I'm evaluating QBO to decide if I want to switch from desktop.
This is far more work than desktop. In desktop, I go to receive payment, then click the button at the top and can apply any credit for this customer *and* the bank charge, all while having it set to deposit into my checking account (customer pays by subscription and Stripe or Paypal autodeposit it for me).
Do I really have to go through all these interim steps - doing an undeposited payment, then more steps to make it a deposited payment to checking??
