How to get paid faster by accepting Credit Card payment?

You'll want to sign up for our QuickBooks Payments to process a credit card payment and get paid faster. Once your customer pays their invoice, QuickBooks will handle everything for you.

However, if you don't want to sign up for our QuickBooks Payment, you can record the credit card payment manually. Here's how.

In your QuickBooks Online (QBO):

1. Go to the (+) Plus icon.
2. Click Receive Payment.
3. Select the name of the customer.
4. Choose a transaction from the Outstanding Transactions.
5. Select the payment method.
6. Fill in the needed information and click Save and close.

They have introduced this new "Instant deposit in QuickBooks Online Payments" feature in QuickBooks. Not sure all the details on it works, but here is the reference article and you may want to give them a call and find out more.
