How to have Intuit try a customer’s recurring payment again?
A customer’s credit card was declined for a monthly recurring payment for insufficient funds
They say all should be ok now
How do we have Intuit try the payment again?
I thought I could change the Next Bill Date to have it try soon then change it after but the date can’t be changed - There’s a “how to change this date” link that takes you to a page where I don’t think this was covered.
