Hello mitulnpatel,

For now, we can only connect one PayPal account for one QuickBooks Online account. That is the reason why you're getting "connection already exists" error. There's no option to connect multiple PayPal accounts.

Hello mitulnpatel,

There is a third-party app that can help you connecting several PayPal accounts in order to synchronize transactions from there to your QuickBooks Online company.

The app could be used to grab the transactions data from your PayPal account(s) and copy it to your QuickBooks. However, saying of free to use functionality there is a limitation within the app of synching no more than 50 transactions monthly. If you need more than that - then there is a fee. The name of the app is Business Payments. They also have a support team that I was actually happy to communicate with as they were eager to help.
