I'm here to help you with this, @tmaybee.

Let's use Create Custom Payments feature so you can pay your payroll liabilities or expenses in one check.

Before proceeding, make sure to download the latest payroll tax table to have accurate data.

Once done, please follow the steps listed below to accomplish this:

  1. Go to the Employees menu, then select Payroll Center.
  2. Select the Pay Liabilities tab.
  3. Under Other Activities, select Create Custom Payments.

  4. Select the date range from the Show Payroll Liabilities drop-down, then click OK.

  5. Select Review liability check to enter expenses/penalties.
  6. Mark Payroll Items from the table, then click Create.

  7. Click Continue on the Special Calculating Warning window.

  8. Review the check, then select Save & Close.

To learn more about this process, check this out: Set up and pay scheduled or custom (unscheduled) liabilities. This article also provides detailed steps if you want to pay taxes electronically and how to resolved common errors.

Keep me posted if there's anything else you need with paying payroll liabilities and I'd be glad to help.
