I can log into the program but when i try to run a credit card payment it will not let me log in. what is wrong.

I have spent two days trying to fix this and cannot get any customer service. If it is not fixed now i am leaving Intuit.

I appreciate the steps you've done to get this working. I'm here to help make sure you're able to log in and process a credit card payment.

 

To ensure that I'm on the same page, are you referring to the Merchant Services Center? If so, may I know if you're getting any error messages? Any additional information will be much appreciated.

 

There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, thus causing some unusual responses. Try logging in using a different or a private browser as an initial troubleshooting step. Here's how:

 

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox or Internet Explorer).
  • Control + Option + P (Safari).

 

If it works, perform clear cache on your default browser. This will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean slate.
