Hi there, rbrien117.

Thanks for dropping by the Community today, I'm happy to get you in the right place. If you're trying to update your phone number, you'll want to follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser.
  2. Select the profile ⚙ icon and select Intuit Account. This opens the Intuit Account Manager.
  3. Select the Sign in and security menu.
  4. Select the User ID, Email Address, or Password section.
  5. Make your changes.
  6. When you're done, select Save.

You can see these steps and more in the link down below, also, If you're unable to complete these steps due to not having your old phone number any longer, my suggestion would be to reach out to our support team, they have the tools on the back end to help you set up your new number and verify information for you. To reach them, follow the steps found in this link.

If there's anything else I can help you with, feel free to post here anytime. Thanks for dropping by and have a nice day.
