I have a deposit that has been on hold for a long time; I uploaded the required documents, but I haven't received a response.

I understand how it's hardly ideal to be stuck waiting after you’ve already put in the effort to submit everything. To see if there has been any movement on our end, please visit the Resolution Center in QuickBooks. You can find this by going to the Gear icon in the upper-right corner of your dashboard and selecting Resolution Center under the Tools column. This will allow you to check the status of any outstanding cases with QuickBooks Payments after submitting your documents. It's also worth noting that once documents are uploaded, it takes an average of two business days to review them before further progress is made.
