Instant transfer allows you to send money within 30 minutes, including weekends and holidays. However, if your transfer has been pending for an hour or more, it could be due to maintenance or updates occurring in the system or your bank.
With this, I recommend reaching out to your bank first to confirm if there's any ongoing maintenance. If there are no issues with your bank, you can contact our Live Support Team for further assistance and explore alternative options for successfully transferring your money.
Here's how to do that:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Navigate to the (?) Help icon.
- Click the Search option and type contact support.
- Choose the Contact Us tab at the bottom.
- Follow the prompts, then choose a way to connect with them: Have us call you or Chat with us.
Please note that phone support is available Monday through Friday 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturday from 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
