Hi there, llcalphaomega. The Tap to Pay feature on iPhone is only available in the QuickBooks Online Mobile App. I understand the convenience of having the feature for a seamless way to accept contactless payments directly on compatible mobile devices.
To enable this feature, I recommend upgrading to the QuickBooks Online plan through a web browser, as it integrates this contactless payment method along with other features designed to enhance payment acceptance.
Once done, you can follow these steps to proceed:
- Log in to your QBO account as an admin using your mobile app.
- Go to the Menu and tap the Gear icon.
- Scroll down the page and select Tap to Pay on iPhone.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to finish.
