Can you confirm if you're getting an error that says" An error occurred please retry" when opening the Billing Info window? I can see that our engineers are currently working to determine what's causing it and sort it out as soon as possible.

Click the Assistant menu in the upper-right hand corner of QBSE.
Enter "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
