Can you confirm if you're getting an error that says" An error occurred please retry" when opening the Billing Info window? I can see that our engineers are currently working to determine what's causing it and sort it out as soon as possible.

 

I would recommend reaching out to our Chat Support Team for QBSE so they can update the billing information for you. Here's how:

 

If you're using the web version

 

  1. Click the Assistant menu in the upper-right hand corner of QBSE.
  2. Enter "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
  3. Select Chat with an agent or Get email support.

If you're using the mobile app

 

  1. Tap the Gear icon, then scroll-down and select Help.
  2. Enter "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
  3. Select Chat with an agent or Get email support.
