Thanks for turning to the Community for support. I'd be happy to provide some direction regarding your question about payment links in QuickBooks Online.
Once the payment link has been sent and your customer pays it, a sales receipt is automatically created. After the sales receipt is created you can then go in and make any changes. Here's how:
1. Click the +New button in the top left corner.
2. Select Sales receipt.
3. Choose the small clock icon in the top left corner to view recently posted sales receipts.
4. Locate the one you're looking for and click to open.
5. Make any necessary changes and click Save and close when you're finished.
