Every amount matters, cheiser, so it's always a good idea to keep an eye on your payments. Just a heads-up—the transaction type and how it's processed affects when the funds hit your bank. I’ll explain more below.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) will mark invoices as paid once a payment is made. The deposit speed determines when funds get into your business checking account.

For credit card payments with QuickBooks Payments, the deposit schedule is different. If the payment is processed before 3 PM PT, the money should be in your bank account the next business day. Otherwise, it will be in two business days.

To check its status, you can refer to these steps:

  1. Access your QBO account.
  2. Click Sales, then Deposits.

  3. Select the deposit you need to review.

The transaction will not appear in a daily deposit if there's an issue. You'll also receive an email containing instructions for resolution regarding this matter, so I recommend checking your Inbox or spam/junk folder.

If the status says it's already deposited, it means the money is on its way. For more information, refer to Step 3 in this article: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.

You might also find this material beneficial for getting valuable insight into the items you buy and sell, including your inventory condition: Use reports to see your sales and inventory status.

With the information above, you should be able to identify when payments get into your bank account. If there's anything else you need help with, get back into this thread. We'll be right here to assist you.
