The message you received can only be triggered if you have an active QuickBooks payment, and if you have, since you mentioned that you don't have an account linked to this yet, you can contact our Live Support Expert to assist you with this as they have the tools to verify the linked account your account.
Here's how to reach out to them:
- Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner of QBO.
- Proceed to the Assistant tab.
- Type in "contact support" in the chat box and press Enter.
- Select Contact a human, then click Live Chat or Call me back.
- Type in a short description of your concern and click Continue.
- Choose between Callback or Chat.
