Could you confirm if you received this message through your email or within QuickBooks?

 

To ensure your security, you can confirm whether this email is legit by checking this article: Identify the official emails used by Intuit Payments.

 

The message you received can only be triggered if you have an active QuickBooks payment. Since you mentioned that you don't have an account linked yet, you can contact our Live Support Expert who can help you set up and link your account properly.

 

Here's how to reach out to them:

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner of QBO.
  2. Proceed to the Assistant tab.
  3. Type in "contact support" in the chat box and press Enter.
  4. Select Contact a human, then click Live Chat or Call me back.
  5. Type in a short description of your concern and click Continue.
  6. Choose between Callback or Chat.
