Thanks for reaching out to me here in the Intuit Community, @christopher3.

Let's enable the two-step verification so you can get the code when logging in to QBO on your mobile phones.

To accomplish this, you'll need to login to the Intuit Online Account portal page to turn on the multi-factor authentication.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Intuit Online Account.
  2. Enter your QBO login credentials.
  3. Select the Sign In & Security tab.
  4. On the Two-step verification section, click Turn on.

  5. Enter your Phone number and QBO password.
  6. Select Turn on text message verification.

  7. You can either choose to receive the one-time pass code by text message or voice message.
  8. Enter the pass code you received and click Continue.
  9. To close the portal, you can scroll up, then click Exit.

Should you need anything else with QuickBooks authentication, please let me know. I'd be glad to help.
