Since you haven’t received the funds for a while now, you can directly contact our Live Support team to further check your account and determine why the funds haven’t arrived yet. Here is how to reach them:
- Go to Help.
- Select the Search tab, then choose Contact Us.
- Type in your issue or concern in the field.
- Hit Continue.
- Click the Chat or Callback option.
