I took a credit card payment and wrote checks out on the money...assuming it was "deposited " its going on 3 weeks! Im going to lose my business!

How long do they hold your money???? Its 2026 this is ridiculous!

I understand how inconvenient it must be to not receive your funds on time, @asapcustomdesignsllc.
 
Since you haven’t received the funds for a while now, you can directly contact our Live Support team to further check your account and determine why the funds haven’t arrived yet. Here is how to reach them:

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select the Search tab, then choose Contact Us.
  3. Type in your issue or concern in the field.
  4. Hit Continue.
  5. Click the Chat or Callback option.
