Without having details on the transaction, let me give you a few reasons why you may not see payments when you expect them.
As you start taking customer payments with QuickBooks, you should receive your first deposit within 5 business days after you take your first successful payment.
The first deposit usually takes a little longer in order to establish the merchant account. All deposits after that should process on your regular deposit schedule.
Have you checked the correct bank account for funds? Sometimes customers with multiple bank accounts will look for funds in the wrong bank account.
If you are not sure what bank account funds deposit to, you can review account details by visiting merchantcenter.intuit.com.
Under the account self-serve section click on Edit Deposit Bank Account.
Verify bank account information under the Deposit Account Information section.
To update banking click Edit to make adjustments.
Have you checked your email for communication from our Payments team? There are times when we encounter problems trying to credit/debit bank accounts. When we are unable to deposit funds, customers will be emailed to request they contact their bank to resolve any problems.
If you still can't find your payments, please contact support. Our Payments agents can look further into your account to determine where your funds are.
