For first time QuickBooks Payments users, your initial payments will be deposited into your bank account within 5 business days, Ami.
These early deposits take slightly longer as we finalize setting up your account. Once everything is fully configured, customer payments will be deposited much more quickly. You can check the status of these payments by following these steps:
- Log in to QuickBooks Online.
- Navigate to My Apps, then go to Sales & Get Paid.
You can also select Sales & Get Paid directly from the Dashboard. - Choose QuickBooks Payouts.
- Select the bank deposit you'd like to review.
