To transfer your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) 2013 file to the 2020 version, all you need to do is to open it in your newer version. Before we proceed with the steps, move your company files to your computer's local hard drive first.

As suggested by Fiat, use a third-party conversion to downgrade from Enterprise to Pro.
