If my credit card reader isn't working what should I do? It's connected to my computer through the USB port.

I'm sorry to hear the card reader isn't working for you.  I'd like to get some further information.  Is it the bluetooth reader or the Magtek swiper that you're using?  Do you get any errors when you try to swipe a card?
