Hi there, patti6.

Checking the charges that you've received requires pulling up your account.

That being said, I recommend contacting our Merchant Support team. They're able to pull up your account to verify why you're receiving those charges.

Please refer to this link and proceed to the QuickBooks Online Payments & Merchant Service Center section to get their most update contact info: Contact Payments Support.

Please check this article to learn different fees and rates when accepting payments using Merchant services: Accepting credit card payments: The Basics.

I want to make sure everything is taken care of for you, so let me know if you have any other issues or concerns. I'm always here to help.

This has all been done. i have spent three hours with Merchant Services representatives and have received NO help. Their answer is oh yes this is odd. you shouldn't be charged these credit card fees but we don't know why you are" I ask for a refund and get this reply "Oh that's not my department or I don't have authority" It's been three days and NOTHING. I was sent bogus links from "Quickbooks support" that take me to a site called "Slack".

In Quickbooks Hell with problem re; credit card payments from clients. QB has charged me multiple times for a "daily charge" THREE HOURS on the phone, NO resolution.?

Have been in contact with Merchant services. On Monday Jan. 6th I was on the phone for TWO HOURS with a representative who told me " Yes this is odd and you shouldn't be charged these credit card fees. But I can't issue a refund but I'll submit a report and send it to you." That email contained only links that sent me to a site called "Slack" with an ERROR message. The 2 hour phone called followed a one hour phone call in December over same issue and the QB rep was unable to help me. I was the one who found the full list of charges. It's now the 8th of January and NO ONE from QB has contacted me. I had been planning to sign up with payroll services with QB but clearly that's not a good idea.

I can share some information about when your payments will be deposited to your account, @Lightningautomotive.

If you're a new user, your first set of payments will be deposited within 5 business days. It can take some time since we’re still setting up your account. After that, it'll be deposited into your bank account much faster.

For next-day deposits in QuickBooks Online (QBO), those payments that you’ve processed before 3 PM PT, that’ll be deposited in your bank account the next business day. For payments after 3 PM PT, that’ll be deposited in two business days.

If you don’t have the next-day deposit, payments before 3 pm PT, that should be in your bank account in 2 business days. If you process payments after 3 pm PT, we'll start the deposit the following business day.

Since it's been 4 weeks now, I suggest reaching out to our Merchants Support team. They can get into your account and look for this payment. You can chat with them by going to this QuickBooks Payments article.
