Apparently that's the Canada number. And with no one answering support calls, it's difficult to get help even with the support contract.

Hi @ElegantEmb,

Let me provide some further information on limits.  Unfortunately, there is no process for requesting an increasing in processing limits.  Each merchant's processing limits are determined by Intuit.  Accounts are reviewed and limits may be increased based on a variety of factors, but that is done internally on an account by account basis.

How do I determine what my limit, I have a customer having difficulty making a $7,500payment.

Is this a daily limit, how does this work. Does it reset every day?

Hello @Iamcandi528,

We have separate support who can better explain the limit of your receiving deposits and how it works. Thus, I'd recommend contacting the Merchant Services Team.

They can pull up and look into your account, securely, and explain the components of the payments schedule eligibility. To contact our dedicated support, you can check out this article for their phone numbers: Which Payments Product Do You Need Help With?

Lastly, here's an article you can read for your future reference: QuickBooks Merchant Services or QuickBooks Online Support - Who Should I Contact for Help?

Let me know in the comment section below if you have any other questions. I'll be always around ready to help. Keep safe!

You have to contact Merchant Support directly to know your daily limit. Consider having MP as the backup payment option for any situation.

Hey 7678,

If you're still looking for a way to increase your processing limits you can consider using a dedicated  Merchant Service Provider that works easily with QB. It's still case by case, but if you're not having any luck with Intuit MS then you can reply here or PM me for help.

Best of luck!
