I want to make sure you're getting the right support in verifying the charges you've received. With that being said, may I ask what is the description of the charge?

 

There would be a need for us to pull up your account's billing history to check on the charges. Since the Community page is public forum, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. A specialist will be able to access your account on a secured environment and provide the information that you need.

I have a client that is receiving multiple charges on his credit card from Intuit.  I figured out one is for his online account, but there are 2 others that I do not know what they are for.  Just picked up this client in the last couple of months and he asked me to check on it.  One monthly charge is for $228 and the other is for $40.  Do you have any recurring fees at these prices.  He just wants assurance he is paying for something he needs.  Thank you.

It's great to see a new face here in the Community. To receive the best answer for what these charges are for, then I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll be able to look further into your account to see why your client is being charged $228 and $40. Here's how to get in touch with them depending on which product you use: 

 

QuickBooks Online

 

  1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner. 
  2. Press Contact Us
  3. Type in your question and click Let's Talk
  4. Scroll down and choose to Get a Callback

 

QuickBooks Desktop

 

  1. Go to the Help menu. 
  2. Pick QuickBooks Desktop Help
  3. Tap Contact Us
  4. Do steps 3-4 from above.
