Invoice Payment Not reflecting in checking account

I can share some information about when QuickBooks deposits customer payments into your checking account, @Chicken and Fish.

First, make sure that the deposit account selected is the same received payments get deposited to. You can proceed to the Account and Settings to verify this information.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon () and select Account and Settings.
  2. Proceed to the Payments tab.
  3. In the Chart of Accounts section, choose your accounts and save.

Then, check out your deposit speed from QuickBooks Online (QBO) to know when your payments will be deposited into your checking account.

Your first set of payments will be deposited within 5 business days for new users. It may take some time because we're still setting up your account.

For next-day deposits in QBO, payments processed before 3 p.m. PT will be placed in your bank account the next business day. Payments received after 3 p.m. PT will be deposited within two business days.

Payments made before 3 p.m. PT should be in your bank account in two business days if you don't have a next-day deposit. We'll start the deposit the next business day if you process payments after 3 p.m. PT.

To learn more about this process, check out this article: Find Out When QuickBooks Payments Deposits Your Money.

Here's more information on how to record customer payments in QBO: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know if you require any further support in handling your invoice payments or any other transactions. I'll be there to help in any way I can. Have a wonderful day.
