Invoice printing

Invoice printing

Hi there, ABH2020.

 

There are times that the browser keeps outdated Internet files and needs to be cleared. This is done once in a while because it can cause websites to receive unusual behavior. This might be also the reason you're unable to write your question here in the community and kept getting you the error.

 

I can provide steps on how to show the item's description, Quantity, and hide each item's price. Then, show the subtotal for the item group when you print the customer's invoice.

 

I suggest making sure that you already put a checkmark in the Print items in group box from the group item page.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Lists menu.
  2. Select Item List.
  3. Choose the group items. Then, right-click and choose Edit item.
  4. Put a checkmark in the Print items in group box.
  5. Hit the OK button.

After that, you can now create an invoice for your customer. Then, customize it from there to choose the specific information you want to show when you print this. Follow the steps below.

 

  1. Click the Customers menu.
  2. Choose Create Invoices.
  3. Select customer.
  4. In the Item column, choose the item group and hit OK.
  5. Go to the Formatting button. Then, choose Customize Data Layout.
  6. You'll be routed in the Additional Customization page.
  7. Select the Columns section. Then, put a checkmark in the Quantity and Description under Print boxes. Please note to skip putting a checkmark in the Amount box to hide the item's price.
  8. Then, hit the OK button.
  9. Fill in the other necessary fields on the invoice page.
  10. Click Save and close or you're now ready to print the invoice.
