Is anyone else having issues connecting Amex in the Banking module?

Let's resolve the error so you can connect your Amex successfully, @jim-sherlock.

 

Can you tell us more about the error that you're having with your Amex account? That'll help us check to see if there's an ongoing issue with it.

 

The first time you connect your bank, make sure to enter your bank credentials correctly and that your browser does not auto-fill your credentials.

Is anyone else having issues connecting Amex in the Banking module?

Also having issues for new connection. i m getting a error message telling that "the card is nor eligible to link with intuit account"

We currently received reports from other users getting the same challenges when connecting AMEX bank in which our banking engineers are diligently working for a fix in this unexpected behavior.

 

In the meantime, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. One of our agents will help you sign up for the list of affected users to receive email updates. 

 

Here's how to reach them:

  1. Click the Help icon on the top right.
  2. Click Contact Us button at the bottom.
  3. Enter a short description about your concern.
  4. Click on Let's talk.
  5. Choose the method on how you'd be connected to support.
