Is quickbooks online having problems now? Can't create a new customer.

Quickbooks online seems to be having problems right now Sat 8/16.  Is that true?  I can't create a new customer.  No error message, it just won't save.

Yes, there is an issue with qbo right now. 

According to support:

"Yes, this is currently an emerging issue we are aware of and our engineering team is working on to correct. Clearing the cache and switching browser has worked for some people. If you try that or already have tried that and still have issues, I would suggest clearing the cache again in an hour or so."

There is currently a problem with the system.  You can report your issue here:  quickbooks.intuit.com/commerce/common/fragments/feedback.jsp

Yes, there is an issue with qbo right now.

Is quickbooks online having problems now? Can't create a new customer.

I switched from Google Chrome to Safari and it is working for now. Thank you.  I will try clearing my cache again later and try Google Chrome.  Thank you.

Is quickbooks online having problems now? Can't create a new customer.

Got a new issue, when loading new vendors.

 

After loading a new vendor I cant search by account number unless its the last copy entered. If you go back and re-enter the account number the search will pull that vendor up. If you enter the name last you will have to search by name for it to pull up.

 

Note: This is only happening with the new vendors we just loaded all other can be searched by account number or name.

 

Any reason why this is now happening?

There are cases we can experience unexpected behavior and issues from time to time. Data problems might be the reason that you’re unable to search vendors using their account number.

 

To get this sorted out, as an initial step, you can press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the page. If you're still getting the same result, I'd suggest accessing your account via a private or incognito window.

 

Here's how to open a private window in different browsers:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P.
  • Safari: press Command Shift N.

Once logged in, go back to your vendors and search them using their account number. If it rectifies the problem, clear the browser's cache. Clearing the history or log of sites resolves most issues with the web pages.
