Join nowYes. There's a card reader for your iPhone 11 Pro, fndjr33.
The card reader in QuickBooks works with an iPhone iOS 10.0 or above and with Android operating on 4.1 JellyBean or above. That being said, we have a different type of card reader that fits well with your device.
These are some of the things to consider when choosing the right mobile credit card:
You can take a look at these articles for the different rates and how you can order a card reader:

I get these messages when trying to connect my Bluetooth card reader. Worked fine on an older iPad for POS at our store but I ordered the newer contactless, chip, and mag stripe card reader for the store since it has more options and sits more nicely on a counter, thinking I could take the more mobile original Bluetooth card reader with me on calls, but I get these attached messages when trying to connect. But my Bluetooth is on, and I have no issue connecting to a variety of other bluetooth devices. Any ideas? iPhone 11 Pro, iOS version 14.0.1 I guess I can only post one photo but I get two messages, one is that I need to turn Bluetooth on. One is the attached pic. Thank you.
Hey there, @tyler11.
Thanks for following the thread. I'm happy to help you resolve these errors and connect your Bluetooth card reader.
Since you've stated that your Bluetooth is on and you're able to connect to a variety of other Bluetooth devices, let's update the QuickBooks GoPayment and Online mobile app. If the app isn't up to date, it can cause connection issues when using Bluetooth. I've included the steps below to update the app for iPhone users.
1. Launch your App store, then click on Updates.
2. Hit Settings, then General.
3. Select Software Update.
Once the update has finished, let's go ahead and turn the mobile card reader off then back on again. After the card reader is back on, try connecting the Bluetooth. Please note: After restarting the card reader, be sure to check that Bluetooth is still on.
That should do the trick! Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I've also included a troubleshooting guide below that you can use for future references.

The way you explain isn’t quite how my App Store works. But I’ve checked for an update and the app is apparently up to date. I have auto updates on and I double checked and there is no newer app update. My phone is up to date. Not sure what else I can do.
