Made mistake depositing money in wrong bank account

I accidentally deposited funds into a building account instead of the regular checking account.  I later transferred the said fund into the checking account through online banking ( both accounts are with same bank). How do i record this transfer correctly in quickbooks so I wont have trouble reconciling both accounts at month's end? Thank you for your help.
