Hello there, ellen9.

The schedule a payment is a new feature. It applies to the customer who currently subscribes an Online Bill Pay. We can disable the scheduled payment once you cancel your subscription for the online bill pay.

I would recommend contacting our specialist to guide you further with this. Click the Help icon and select the Contact Us button below. Enter Schedule a payment  inside the What can we help you with? box. Once done, click the Let's talk button. You can either select Get a callback or Call us.

Let me know anytime if you have other questions. I'll be around.

Thanks for following on this thread, @SS3021.

I appreciate your patience while trying to reach out to our chat support teams. They’re currently experiencing a very high chat volume, so there’s a delay in the responses.

Rest assured, one of our support agents will be with you to assist in canceling the Schedule a payment feature. You may want to consider signing up for our Get a callback process.

This option can help save time since it will be our phone agents will contact you. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help icon at the top to select the Contact Us link.
  2. This will open another window where you can enter the issue/topic.
  3. Once done, click on the Let’s talk button to view the support information.
  4. Choose Get a callback.

For future reference, let me share with this link that contains an overview of payment schedules in Online Bill Pay.

If there’s anything else I can help you with, leave a comment below. I’ll pop right back in to assist further. Have a good one.

My company isn't subscribed to Online Bill Pay.  I checked with my boss and AP. Neither know anything about it.  SO what is really going on?

Hi, Shalene.

Thanks for joining this thread.

I recommend reaching out to a member of the Support Team in this instance. An agent will be able to take a closer look at your account details to determine the cause of this issue. Here's how to contact an agent:

1. Click the Help button in the top right corner.

2. Select Contact Us.

3. Enter Support in the field and choose Let's talk.

4. From here you can select to receive a callback at a time that's convenient for you.

If you have any other questions, I'll be here to help in any way that I can.

Were you able to get this resolved? My controller came to me today with the same problem and wants me to disable it.
