Hi there, @jlinares35.

 

I can walk you through on how you can create another user account for QuickBooks Payments.

 

Adding a new user for your merchant account can be done in two ways. The following options below will help you achieve this goal.

 

First is from the QuickBooks Online:

 

  1. Click on the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Press on Manage Users.
  3. Select on Add user.
  4. Hit the Take payments only role.
  5. Tick on Next.
  6. Choose the types of transactions the user can view: All transactions or Transactions they create. Then select Next.
  7. Enter the user’s name and email.
  8. When you're done, select Save.

Second is from the Merchant Service Center:

 

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. Go to Account, then select Users and check to see if you already have an account created for your user.
  3. If not, select this invite link.
  4. Enter the email of the user you want to invite, then select a role. Users won't show on your list unless they accept your invitation. 
  5. They’ll receive an invitation email to start using QuickBooks Payments. If they already have an Intuit account, they can select Sign in. Otherwise, sign up. 
  6. After they sign in, they’ll get a link to the Merchant Service Center.

Hi @jlinares35  , if you linked with Qb desktop on the Customers menu, select Credit Card Processing, then choose Merchant Service Center.
