Merchant Services - Payments / Terrible outcome

After having to close one of our QB Merchant Accounts to update key information that required a New Account to be set up, I was assured that Payment/Deposit Details would be available so the Accountant FOR reconciling deposits with bank.... Well that was a bunch of lies...  AFTER SPENDING OVER 5 HOURS on the phone just to get the above done, and being assured that the Reports would be available once the set up was done... I am told "Sorry" "you were miss-informed... No reports exists after closing a Merchant report"  ...

 

Every time you call QB support - BE PREPARED TO SPEND ENDLESS HOURS (as if you have nothing else to do!) with people that half the time can't figure it out!  OR as the issue above you are informed incorrectly... 

 

Frustrated and upset!!!

I understand how it feels when something isn't working the way we need to. I'll be right here to help guide you today so you'll be able to access or check your payment/deposit details after closing your QuickBooks Merchant Account.

 

For you to see the payment or deposit detail, you must log in to your Merchant Services Account and look for the payment history to check the details from there.

I'm here to help share a little more information about closing merchant account and accessing transaction details.

 

After the cancellation date, you have a number of days to access your account. The time frame depends on your account and how long it was closed. If you don't have the option to access your closed account and wish to have a transaction records, it would be best to get in touch with our Merchant Support Team. Once connected, our support team will be able to access your transactions securely and be able to email a report for you.
