How can I disconnect the merchant account I set up through Quickbooks Plus? I've tried logging into Manage My Merchant Account and I'm not seeing a unsubscribe option.

It's sad to see you go, but I can help you cancel your QuickBooks Payments account.
If you haven't processed credit card transactions for the past 90 days, you can submit a cancelation request to our Payments Team. Please make sure to include the following information:

I'd also love to get this sorted out for you, however, we can't pulling up customer's account in the Community or verify personal information for security reasons. If you give us a call, one of our payments specialists will more than happy to help cancel your account. You can also contact our Support Team for further assistance with the termination of your service. They are available from Mondays to Fridays at 5 AM to 7 PM PT, and 6AM to 4 PM PT on Saturdays.

If you haven't processed transactions in the past 90 days, you can close your account through a written cancellation request. That being said, you'll need to provide the following requirements listed below and mail it to us.
If you have already processed transactions in the past 90 days, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Merchant Team. By doing so, they'll be able to cancel this for you.
