I took a credit card payment over the phone for the first time. I entered it into Online Payment system, and it went through. I have auth and transaction numbers. I just have no idea where the money is. It's not showing up in my bank account. Customers pay via their invoices all the time and there are no problems there. How can I trace the transaction so I can see where the money went?
