Missing reoccuring transactions

I have 6 reoccurring transactions on the 15th of the month. Only 1 actually posted monies this month but all 6 show a previous date of 3/15 and next date of 4/15.  Nothing has posted in the bank feeds, so transactions have not processed.  How can I find out what happened or in this case how can I generate missing payment

It could be that the incorrect type of recurring transaction was selected, rachel7.

 

There are three types of recurring transaction, and only the Scheduled type will process automatically.

 

Now, let's check the type you selected. Open one of those transactions that hasn't processed. Under Type, make sure you selected Scheduled. If not, click on the drop-down arrow to change it.

 

To process the missing payment, go to the list of recurring transactions and click on the drop-down arrow under ACTION column, then select Use. Try to double-check the information. Then, click Save and close.

These were already established reoccuring transactions.  Couldn't figure out why they didn't occur in March but QBO did bump the next schedule date for them.  I ended up running manual transactions & explaining to my clients that I needed to run a manual & late charge for the month of March last week

We have some reported case about scheduled recurring transactions not being created, rachel7.

 

Our engineers are still investigating what's causing this issue and working for the permanent fix. In the meantime, you can continue creating a manual transaction for your customers.
