Join nowI have two different companies with separate QBO accounts. On one company, the side bar menu looks slightly different and I don't have the option to create a Multi-use Payment Link under Sales > Payment Links. The other company has always had that option. They are both have the same subscription level. Why the difference?
Hi there, Ivan Ulrich.
Thank you for visiting the QuickBooks Community. I'll be sharing details on what's new in QuickBooks Online. Then, ensure you can still utilize the feature that you desired.
QuickBooks Online has made some updates to the software's workflow. That said, the Sales option is now appears as Get paid & pay menu. However, Depending on the user interface update, both tabs offer the same content And the Payment Link still shows from there after clicking the new updated feature. I attached screenshots below for visual references.

However, if you're still unable to see the option to create a Multi-use Payment Link under Payment Links, I recommend logging in to your QuickBooks account using a private browser. This is to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue, and private browsing doesn't store local files or cache.
Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using:
If it works in incognito, I recommend clearing the cache of your regular browser. This removes the history or log of sites so you can start with a clean slate. You can check this article to see the steps: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.
If the steps above didn't work, use another supported browser as an alternative.
Lastly, I'm adding this artilcle to see different details on how the Sales page gives you a great at-a-glance view of sales transactions like open invoices and paid invoices: View sales transactions.
Add a comment below if you have any other concerns about the feature in QBO. I'll be happy to help you! Have a great day!
Thanks for your reply, ChristieAnn. I tried an incognito window and another supported browser and both have the same issue. I still cannot access a multi-use payment link.
Thanks for getting back and following the suggested steps above, @Ivan Ulrich.
Since you're still getting the same result, I'd recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Online Support Team. This way, our QuickBooks specialist could check the problem and help access the Multi-use Payment link.
