Multiple Credit Card Accounts

I am getting the following error message when I try to process a credit card refund

 

The charge was declined because the amount was invalid.
Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact us.
 
I started getting this message last week.  BTW - the amounts I am wanting to refund are exactly the amount of the payment they made.
 
Any ideas on this?

I want to make sure you get the answers you need with the error message you're getting when processing credit card refunds.

Our Support Team has not communicated any reported issues from other users about the problem with the Merchant Services Center. While there isn't any investigation created for this, I'd suggest getting in touch with our Merchant Support Team.
