In this case, please review the Recent Activity section, where you’ll find all transfers and any interest paid related to that envelope to ensure.
If you’ve verified your activity and the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Payments Support Team. They have the tools to check the message you're receiving and determine the cause of the failed transfer despite having sufficient balance. Additionally, they can provide guidance on the next steps to get things resolved. Here's how:
- Sign in to your QBO company.
- Select (?) Help and proceed to the Search tab.
- Key in a question or topic from the designated field, then click Contact Us at the bottom of the Help panel.
- Choose Chat or Callback.
