Given that the amount has been held for more than a week, I suggest contacting our Live Support Team. Since the Community is a public forum, it's best to reach out to them as they have specialized tools and resources to investigate the fund's status securely.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the Help button.
  3. In the QuickBooks Assistance chat box, select Talk to a Human or tap the Contact Us button at the bottom.
  4. Type your reason for contacting us in the What can we help you with? section and click Continue.
  5. From there, choose a way to connect: Chat or get a Callback.

 

Please check their support hours to reach them conveniently.

 

Also, you can view and download your statements in the Merchant Service Center to track financial activity.
