My customer paid me for advertising and I have yet to receive the payment. Will I get paid soon? Help!

My customer paid me for advertising and I have yet to receive the payment. Will I get paid soon? Help!

Let's ensure you can receive your advertising payments, spreepub.

New users of QuickBooks Payments may experience longer processing times for ACH payments during the first month, potentially extending up to 5 days while we set up your merchant account. After that, payments will be deposited within two business days.

Here's how you can check the deposit speed within QuickBooks Online (QBO):

  1. Go to Settings and select Account and settings.
  2. Select the Payments tab.
  3. Review the Deposit Speed section.

Then, if you have used QuickBooks Payments before, check the status of your payments. This will help you understand why you haven't received the funds.

Follow the steps below:

  1. On your QBO account, go to Sales, then Deposits.
  2. Select the bank deposit you want to review.

For more details on when QuickBooks transfers funds, refer to this article: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.

Also, the best way to speak with a real person is through in-product support. On your QBO account, locate the Help icon in the upper right corner. Next, click the Search menu and hit Contact Us. Then, follow the on-screen prompts for immediate assistance.
