My money has been hold for over 2 weeks. Wondering how to get it. Bank account is set up. Just sick of not being able to transfer my money into my new business.

Thank you for reaching out and providing an explanation of your concern, @midwestmowing25. I can imagine how challenging this deposit issue must be, particularly when you need the funds most. Your frustration is entirely understandable. I'm here to support you with all the information and assistance you need to meet your objectives.

Please note that, the hold on your deposit typically indicates that we need to review the payment. This process occurs when the system detects a large amount and requires verification of the funds in your account. We regularly monitor payments to ensure everything is in order, which ultimately benefits all parties involved in the transaction.

Since your concern pertains directly to your account, I highly recommend contacting our QuickBooks Payments Team for assistance. They possess the expertise to securely access your account and thoroughly review the details surrounding the deposit on hold. This step will ensure a swift resolution to your issue.

Here’s how to reach them within your QBO account:

  1. Click the Help button at the top right.  image (43).png
  2. Select or type Contact Us.  image (44).png

  2. Click the Resolution Center option.
